Hadi Anwar

At the helm of the organization, Hadi Anwar shapes the organization’s strategic direction and leads a team of talented cybersecurity solutions. Driven by a vision to solve the issues that keep business leaders and governments up at night, Hadi leads strategic projects in collaboration with CPX cybersecurity consultants and experts to deliver solutions and services to limit clients’ exposure to cyberthreats.

In his 25-year career, Hadi has amassed a wealth of experience in IT and cybersecurity services across a wide spectrum of industries. Data Privacy and Business Continuity functions. In addition to providing leadership for the continued development of an innovative and robust IT environment, he provided services related to information security, data privacy, and business continuity across the Group.

Hadi has also served as Head of Information Security, Data Privacy, and Business Continuity/Resilience at NEOM, a US$500 billion mega city project in Saudi Arabia. In this role, he was responsible for the deployment and implementation of critical smart city-related technology, including cybersecurity, data privacy and business continuity controls.

Hadi holds a master’s degree in Analysis, Design, and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics & Political Science, and a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD.

Former Accenture and Deloitte Cybersecurity Leader in Europe and in the Middle East, and former Italian Navy officer, he joined CPX in 2025 to spearhead the Cyber Defense business, ensuring solutions, services, and products are tightly aligned with evolving market needs—while helping clients build cyber resilience against an increasingly sophisticated threat landscape in the UAE and beyond.

Ansgar Klevorn

Ansgar Klevorn

Ansgar Klevorn is Vice President – Strategy & Performance Management at CPX, bringing more than 30 years of global leadership experience across cybersecurity, telecommunications, banking, and automotive sectors. He leads corporate strategy, market intelligence, M&A, and enterprise performance management, and serves as a trusted partner to the CEO Office and Board. Ansgar spent over a decade with du in the UAE and has more than eight years in cybersecurity, including CPX, where he has driven group‑wide strategy, large‑scale transformation programs, and governance frameworks. He combines deep execution expertise with strong board‑level advisory and value‑creation focus.

David Laliberte

David Laliberte

David Laliberte is the General Counsel of CPX, where he leads the company’s legal and compliance functions and manages CPX’s intellectual property portfolio. Based in Abu Dhabi, David advises the executive leadership team on complex commercial transactions, regulatory and sanctions matters, public‑sector contracting, and strategic partnerships. He plays a central role in shaping CPX’s risk, compliance, and corporate governance frameworks, with a particular focus on operating in highly regulated and sensitive environments. David works closely with G42 and other group entities to ensure alignment with group‑wide compliance standards while enabling CPX’s growth across national and international security and technology programs.

Deep Datta

Deep Datta

A senior finance leader with global experience, working closely with CEOs, Boards, and executive teams to drive financial strategy, governance, and long‑term value creation across complex, multi‑entity organizations. Brings a strong record of strengthening financial discipline and enabling clear, data‑led decision making in growth‑oriented and regulated environments.

Having been associated with CPX Holding LLC for nearly a decade, he leads the group finance function, with responsibility for performance management, capital allocation, treasury, risk management, and IFRS‑compliant reporting. He plays a key role in CPX’s strategic direction, supporting growth initiatives, investments, and enterprise‑level governance while maintaining financial resilience and control.

His expertise spans financial reporting and IFRS, M&A and valuations, treasury and cash management, ERP‑led finance transformation, automation, and regulatory compliance. He is focused on building scalable finance operating models and strong teams that support CPX’s long‑term ambitions in the UAE and beyond.

Ina Santos

Ina Santos

Ina Santos is Vice President – Human Capital at CPX, where she leads the organization’s human capital strategy in support of business growth, transformation, and operational excellence across cybersecurity and digital services.

She oversees talent acquisition, organizational design, leadership development, performance management, workforce engagement, and employee experience, ensuring strong alignment between people strategy and business objectives.

Ina is a global Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience, previously served as Global HR Vice President and leader of the HR Business Partner function at Mandiant, a U.S.-based cybersecurity company and a Google entity.

She began her Human Resources career in the heart of Silicon Valley, San Jose, California, and has held senior HR leadership roles across North America and the Middle East.

Her professional background spans leading global technology and cybersecurity organizations, including Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho; Cisco Systems in the Middle East; IBM in Dubai, UAE; and Mandiant in California, USA.

During her seven-plus years at Mandiant, Ina played a key role in supporting a high-growth, mission-driven organization through periods of rapid scale and change, working closely with executive leadership to implement innovative people strategies.

She brings a unique combination of strategic and operational Human Resources expertise, supported by a strong foundation in organizational psychology. Ina is known for actively influencing organizational change and transforming HR functions into value-adding business partners that contribute directly to long-term organizational success and performance.

Kamran Ahsan

Kamran Ahsan

As a senior leader with three decades of experience, Kamran Ahsan has been building, transforming, and scaling ventures by aligning technology strategy with measurable commercial outcomes.

In CPX, Kamran serves as Executive Director of Product Management, transforming existing service capabilities into scalable productized solutions, creating new products, and managing portfolios of acquired companies.

Prior to CPX, he held senior leadership roles in e& and Injazat Data Systems where he spearheaded commercial growth of Digital Security businesses from inception.

Kamran holds a MASc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and obtained certifications in Security, Governance and Management.”

As Vice President of Supply Chain and Business Services, Nasma leads strategy across supply chain, support services, and operational governance, ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements. She focuses on strengthening processes, systems, and controls to support consistent performance and long‑term growth across the organization.

With over 15 years of experience across the UAE’s public, semi‑government, and private sectors, Nasma also brings a well‑rounded and practical perspective to Human Capital. Her background spans talent strategy, organizational development, and governance at an enterprise level, shaping a people‑centric approach that balances operational effectiveness with culture, performance, and long‑term capability building. Nurcan is a global marketing and business transformation executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across technology – analytics, AI and cybersecurity.

She began her career at PwC and went on to hold senior marketing and C-level roles at Turkcell, Turk Telekom Group, SAS, and CPX, leading international go-to-market strategy, brand transformation, and global expansion initiatives across EMEA and the Middle East.

She is a graduate of Women on Boards Association and serves as a Board Member of MMA MENA. Recognized as a Global 200 Women Power Leader 2024, Nurcan advocates responsible AI adoption, cyber resilience leadership, board diversity, and mentoring future leaders. She holds a Business Administration degree from Bogazici University and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University.

He brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience from Microsoft, Accenture, Capgemini, and Avanade. Rajiv holds academic credentials from the University of Oxford, Warwick Business School, and Cardiff University. A trusted advisor to senior leaders, he is recognised for building high‑performing teams, delivering strong commercial outcomes, and supporting organisations through complex digital and cybersecurity transformations across the Middle East and internationally, with a strong focus on long‑term value creation.

A distinguished and seasoned senior finance leader with over 19 years of experience driving strategic financial planning, corporate budgeting, and analytical excellence across multiple industry sectors. Specializes in end‑to‑end FP&A leadership, including corporate budgeting, long‑range strategic financial planning/forecasting, variance analytics, cost control and develop fiscal strategies that translates in to tangible long‑term business value and sustainable growth.

Besides, also brings deep expertise in Board, Shareholder and executive Management reporting on Financial matters, investment cases, and operational performance insights. Adept at articulating risks and opportunities enabling informed, data‑driven strategic decisions.

Prior to CPX, spent nearly a decade with DAMAC Properties, and earlier with KPMG, managing key finance, audit, and risk consulting roles. Has been instrumental in steering large‑scale project budgeting, capital allocation, corporate cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives, while simultaneously strengthening financial governance, internal controls, and enterprise‑wide reporting disciplines.
